To be perfectly honest the whole buying/selling a house at the same time process was a nightmare. The only bright spot through the whole experience was our amazing Realator Mel. There honestly aren't enough words to express how apprecitive my wife and I are for all that Mel did for us. He was truly our lighthouse that guided our way through the rough waters of real estate. I hope we have found our forever home, but if we ever decide to move again Mel Powell will be the first and only person I call. The best thing is we not only gained a Realator we made a friend.
